Challenge your body without overdoing it. Pay attention to the signals from your body and take a break if you feel unwell or experience pain during an exercise. The courses are led by a virtual trainer. It is therefore particularly important that you perform the exercises precisely in accordance with the instructions and follow the motion patterns of your virtual trainer. Take a drink before you get thirsty to ensure you are adequately hydrated at all times.

CYBEROBICS was designed and implemented by experts in accordance with the latest sports science knowledge to keep your body fit and healthy. In the case of chronic or acute illnesses, however, we recommend first consulting a doctor and temporarily or entirely desisting from CYBEROBICS. Consult a doctor and desist from CYBEROBICS if necessary if any of the following conditions apply:

  • Recent heart attack or stroke
  • Pacemaker installed
  • Current surgical wounds
  • Congenital or acquired heart defect and/or damage, such as arrhythmias which occur or intensify during physical exertion
  • Inflammations of any kind
  • Recent bone break
  • Acute herniated disk
  • Acute joint pain
  • Acute thrombosis
  • Acute orthopedic complaints
  • Osteoporosis (e.g. extreme positions of vertebrae)
  • Currently pregnant
  • Prolapse of uterus or diagnosed incontinence

Take a break from CYBEROBICS if any of the following conditions apply:

  • Acute infections or colds
  • Discomfort or full stomach
  • Current injuries
