There is one thing that Dwayne cannot do: sit still. As a child and teenager he was constantly moving around and was passionate about various combat sports - at just 17 years old he was a sought-after mixed martial arts instructor. Today, the fitness all-rounder can look back at over 15 years of experience as a cycling, kickboxing and step-aerobics trainer. His workouts promise fun and are guaranteed to work up a sweat for everyone.
