The “Boss of Barbells” inherited his love of sports. As the son of a Major League Baseball player and a marathon runner, physical fitness has been a constant presence in his life for as long as he can remember. Just like Josh’s body, his career path following college was defined by strength training. As a certified fitness instructor, he now offers intense workouts that get every muscle into shape.
